Online ordering<\/h2>\n<p>If you place an order through the site, you are responsible for ensuring that your order is correct and you have designated the proper address for delivery. Cancellation<\/h2>\n<p>After the order is confirmed, the meal plan cannot be cancelled.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"Delivery policy\">\n<h2>3. Delivery policy<\/h2>\n<p>We will deliver as per the agreed schedule. We reserve the right not to deliver: Outside our designated delivery times; outside our delivery areas; or in public holidays. If we are a unable to deliver because you provided an inaccurate address, we will not be responsible for that delivery. If you request that your order be left at your door, we will have no further liability for loss of the product, spoilage or damage caused by others.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"Prices\">\n<h2>4. Prices<\/h2>\n<p>All prices shown on the site are subject to change at any time without notice. The price available through the site reflects the price available at the current time, and supersedes any and all prior prices for any plan. We may offer promotional pricing, incentive pricing, loyalty discounts and other alternative pricing structures for some or all of our subscription plans to some or all of our customers from time to time in our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify or extend such pricing in our discretion without prior notice to you.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"Payment\">\n<h2>5. Payment<\/h2>\n<p>When you register for a subscription plan, you agree that Fitbar or its third party payment processor is authorized to charge you for your monthly subscription plan, in advance, plus any taxes or other applicable charges.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"Refunds\">\n<h2>6. Refunds<\/h2>\n<p>If you are a subscriber and you cancel your subscription, Fitbar has no obligation to refund any amount paid.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"Pausing\">\n<h2>7. Pausing<\/h2>\n<p>You may pause your plan if you are enrolled in our 1, 3 or 6 month plans only. You can pause your plan once on one month meal plan, Thrice on three month plan and six times on six month plan. The maximum duration between the pause and resume date is 14 days (6 deliveries). Pause requests are done online through the dashboard, we need two days notice period to pause the meal plan. Pause requests on the same delivery date or the day prior to the delivery date will not be accepted.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"Chiller bag\">\n<h2>8.
